I bought the five-pound bag, which is apparently what happens when you add beef gelatin to your coffee often enough that the little containers start feeling disrespectful. Every morning I scoop some into my coffee like this is completely normal adult behavior. And honestly, it works great. It’s unflavored, doesn’t make the coffee taste like beef, and once you figure out the best way to mix it in, it disappears into the cup without turning breakfast into a livestock experience. The quantity is also hilarious. Five pounds of gelatin is less “supplement purchase” and more “commercial food-service decision.” Someone opens my cabinet and sees this enormous bag and I have to explain: “No, I’m not making 4,000 Jell-O shots. It goes in my coffee.” Five stars. At this point I’m not drinking coffee. I’m drinking structurally reinforced coffee.

Gummies! All day! I’ve been making infused gummies and this has made 5 batches so far with easily another 10 to go. Compared to buying a box with 4 packets for 6 bucks, this is an easy choice.
