How do I make a claim on the 2year guarantee. Handle on lid snapped off, purchase 19 March 2021

You must claim. I am very disappointed with my purchases. Kettle frying pan and set of canisters are very poor quality. The gold colour is peeling and the lids keep coming off the canisters. There is no way to tighten them. The lid on the kettle has scratched all round the lid and the handle is peeling. Not worth the money. So claim on your guarantee.

I recieved them on the 14 th and this is the Tower logo on my container has come off not happy with this !! I have the kettle bread bin & iron very pleased with them disappointed with containers they don’t look as nice with sticker off it and at the price of them shouldn’t have happened !!
