Hiya! I am on 3 blood pressure meds and they don't keep me stable. Was just recently in hospital for 198/146 pulse 135 and wasn't doing anything but laying down. But I have added this, magnesium and beets and I couldn't believe that under very high stress my BP was a rock solid 120/77 pulse 77. Haven't seen that in ages. Disappointing
I had high hopes for these as I'm trying to bring down my BP without medication. After taking them religiously for an entire week, there is absolutely no change in my BP. I looked up some reviews I probably should have looked at before purchasing, and realized garlic amounts are not specified, so there is no way to know if the dose should be increased or not. As a nurse, I should have checked this prior to using. I have had no side effects tho, and the price is good, so at least I didn't waste a lot of money or make myself sick trying it. I've decided to try a different product in conjunction to see if that helps.
