Great multi-tasking machine. Simple to use and clean. It's larger than my last toaster oven. Perfect for a single or small family. We were delighted with this toaster oven as a replacement. Having the air fryer and the toaster oven in one appliance is handy. The air fryer isn’t as loud as our previous air fryer. And the clean up for this air fryer is easier. It’s a good-looking unit and may even be a bit smaller than our previous toaster oven but it has about the same capacity. All in all this appliance works well! Would recommend it!

This oven/air fryer worked fine for three months. I was using it today to bake a frozen snack. I turned it off after 7 minutes. All of a sudden while it was cooling down, the glass cracked and started to shatter. I have reached out to the manufacturer. Hoping to hear back ASAP on a resolution because this is unacceptable.UPDATE: the manufacturer only offered to replace the door and not the entire unit. As if I'm supposed to remove the broken door with shattered glass and repair it myself. DO NOT BUY!

This works well once we were used to it. Simple controls just lots of options. Really can just set it how we want without all the presets. Once it warms up it cooks well and quick for a little oven. Wish the buzzer was louder or more alerting. If not paying attention won't even realize it finished. Whether cooking or air frying the food it gets it done. Medium pizza to chicken or fries and even toast. Like the swing out oven doors over the drop down of old. Nice that the tray stays when pulled over halfway out.

I like Elite Gourmet, made in the USA products . This is my second purchase of a kitchen appliance from this company and I am just as happy with this purchase as I was with my 1st purchase of an electric skillet. I love this is not digital when your not buying high end countertop appliances you want to keep it as simple as possible because a mid end appliance full of digital wizardly usually equals a short countertop life .Seems as if Elite knows that rule of thumb and keeps it 2 knob simple you set the degrees on the left and the timer on the right .You get two accessories a fry rack and a drill pan but you’ll have to buy assesories elseware , to Rotisserie you’ll need an attachment I don’t think Elite Gourmet even makes assesories for their oven, that’s pretty sucky but just measure and buy . Not a deal breaker since this is very entry level .. I use small cast iron skillets and grills and tested it out by making corn bread in a small skillet (see photo) came out beautifully.The interface is very easy to use and it looks ok on the counter it’s not a big showy countertop appliances but rather a nice mid range air fryer functional device and I’m happy for my purchase

We used this oven daily, in all modes. The french doors were really nice, kept crumbs from collecting on the bottom of the oven and they both open at the same time when opening one. Did a really good job toasting english muffins.The timer changes only in 1 minute increments, which can be too much, so you have to watch certain foods as they cook. After about a year, the performance tapered off and it would take longer to cook the same foods. Took some adjusting to keep up, such as taking longer to toast the english muffins mentioned above.

We first bought a combination air fryer/toaster oven at the early days of the Covid pandemic, figuring that we'd be doing more cooking at home. It turned into the most used kitchen appliance we owned, along with our coffee brewer.Fast forward five years and the original name brand model decided that the only function it wanted to perform was toasting. The air frying, baking, broiling, and other options no longer worked. After some research, I chose this item as a replacement. I was interested in the larger capacity, plus the French doors.Two days passed and the new oven came. Unfortunately, when we removed it from all the protective packaging, one of the two control knobs was broken and just roaming around inside the bag holding the oven body.We tried to see if it could be reattached, but there is a major design flaw that doesn't make that possible. The control knobs are made of molded plastic, without any kind of metal interior shaft to then attach to the oven. This doesn't seem to bode well for the longevity of the appliance.I reached out for customer service right away. They apologized, issued a return code for us to drop it at a UPS Store, and are shipping a replacement right away. It's not fully ideal, as a working oven would be best, but the customer care response was excellent.Hopefully, when the new one arrives it will be intact and I can up the star rating!

I'm totally in love with item. I'm only one person and instead of using a big oven for one pork chop, this little oven cooks it to perfection. Toast is amazing, so far anything I've cooked in it has been great. Temps and time takes experimenting but once you have it down it's fantastic. So happy I bought it. I got rid of air fryer and toaster, and toaster oven which took a lot of counter space.It's small and doesn't take up a lot of space on your counter.
