Used it to replace timber x motor
I got this as a replacement for my timber X. It wasn't a direct bolt on but I used the stock motor mount and two of the screw holes line up on the motor and it's been fine. I will eventually drill out the other two holes next time I need to take the plane apart but it is more then good enough for now and for only $22 vs the $80 stock motor is puts out basically the same power and can handle a slight bigger prop. only thing I don't like is it didn't come with a metal spinner piece

Was surprised. Went through 3 motors on my TimberX flying 3D and this guy is still going after 10 flights.

worked but develuped a huge vibration
it started up good. I setup the plane picked out a 12x 4.5 finnished the plane went to the field and pow a heavy vibration just before full throttle if you go byond all is good again.. I checked the set screws and tightened them up, checked prob ballance it was perfict, I also swaped ou the propadaper with no chacge. so it's a bearning or a mag - I'll never buy another one. back to hobbyking I go where the motors work and stay working
