How many pens does this case hold?

Hey dear, It depends on how you put your pens and the sizes of insulin pens and other supplies. The dimensions of our case is 8.3x4.7x2.9 inches and is double layer design at the same time, specially roomy enough for short term travel and daily needs.

Is there a cooler case that would hold 3 Trulicity pens?

The cooler was a gift for someone. They seem to like it, but do not know the answer to your question.

Is this big enough to hold the dexcom g6 sensor?

I donb't have one but the pack is quite large so I would say yes. it is big enough to hold my glucose tester as well as my pens and ice packs with two separate sections.

Can this work for other medicines, like fertility meds and supplies? I don’t need my meds cooled necessarily, but they aren’t supposed to be over 70F
