It's available in black and it's available in white and Amazon carries it from both colors. The black is actually $100 less than the white. I don't know why it just is both of them are currently available on the website

It have 170cm-180cm long inside the cargo box

Can I put it on a Subaru Outback and still open the hatchback of the car?

Yes you can open the hatch without any problems. I have a 2022 Outback stock rack system. Nice low profile box. Easy on easy off light weight. Had it for a month and no problems.
