what dose C/M and D/M mean on the size chart mean

The boots are great, but when they leak in two seasons they aren’t worth the money. Kenetrek will fix them, but your out the shipping and inconvenience for a $450 pair of boots.

Are these made in the USA?

I checked the pair I have and they are made in Italy. Exceptional fit. Very comfortable. No break in time. The only downside to even mention is there are no finger hole straps on the back for pulling them on. Worth every penny.

Has anyone had a good experience using Kenetrek's cutomer service?

Very good customer service! Sent a boot in for repair, got it back quickly and only cost me for shipping there. Representatives are very friendly and helpful.
