This fits a full sized Ford Super Duty pick up. I would believe it would fit a GMC too. This one is thinner than the previous product we used but fits alot better.

Does it allow access to all 3 belts and buckles in a crew cab 19 silverado ltz?

Honestly I wouldn’t purchase it. It was too small for a mid size sedan. Also, there are WAY too many straps…not in a good way. For your truck look at the Knines brand. But to answer you question it does have access but the slots probably won’t line up with the belts considering the size.

I ordered this particular seat because of its larger size, fits GMC 2500 backseat is 56". It fits as it should. Optimal seat protection on bench seats with a base width of 56.5"-61," seat back height of 20.5"-25.5," and seat depth of 19"-22" Universal fit: 56" x 59" Measurements were posted on web site.........good luck!
