I recently picked up the 365 By Whole Foods Market Plain Sparkling Water (12 oz cans, 12-pack) and have been enjoying it. The carbonation is crisp and refreshing, with a clean taste that doesn’t leave any strange aftertaste. It’s great for drinking on its own or adding a slice of fruit for a little extra flavor. I’ve used it for casual sipping and occasionally in recipes like mocktails, and it works well without losing its fizz too quickly. The 12 oz cans are convenient for daily use, and I appreciate that they’re recyclable. It’s a reliable, no-frills option that fits nicely into my routine. Not overly fizzy, but just enough to tickle your tongue. No sodium and flavor-free, which is what I seek. If I want a flavor, I have fresh lemon that I can add. My one grievance is that it's only 12 ounces and because it's a can, you can't close it when needed. Sure, there are wacky seals you can buy to supposedly shut a can, but they never work as well as a screw top on a bottle. On the flip side, I'm glad to get away from plastic bottles because of the micro-plastics problems. If you like drinking seltzer, you can't go wrong with this sparkling water.

This sparkling water was great. No bad taste. One nice thing is I always put it in the freezer. I like it cold. I forgot it and it didn't explode. Will purchase again.

Sometimes my hubby wants a little fizzy water. It helps settle his stomach, but he does't want anything with sugar in it or artificial sweetners, which are bad for the brain. This Seltzer water fits his preferences. The price was good, too.

Taste and the level of carbonation is good. Packaging didn't really do well though Amazon shipping and was tossed in to a box with other items. The original box busted open and all the cans were loose. This didn't effect their taste or carbonation at all. Just an unnecessary inconvenience. They are crisp and refreshing, and I got these for the office to help me drink less afternoon coffees. These do not have any sugar or caffeine.
