My favorite melatonin supplement
My favorite melatonin supplement after trying many brands over the past 20 years. Super effective and onset is only about 10-15 minutes for me. I do notice a difference in the quality of my sleep when I take this compared to when I don't. This gives me that old childhood level of sleepy, after a long day in the sun.

It works better than other Melatonin products I've used
I've used many brands of melatonin over the years for difficulty in getting to sleep. I most recently was using Natrol rapidmelts but found that they didn't always work and also spiked my blood sugar the next day. These work better and faster at the same dosage (5MG) and don't have all the other added ingredients that I don't want or need and don't affect my glucose levels.
