My doctor suggested i take calcium w/ citrate that was 2yrs ago so i went too your big box pharmacys Did my research most that stuff is no good, so i decided too go Amazon online and found this Freeda Calcium w/ Citrate its the best for me its Vegan and clean with no junk that you can not pronunce the words, again its for me and it works.

The only product that I could find with calcium caltrate only, however these tablets are mammoth. I started to crush them and add to water . I tried cutting in half , but that didn’t help as they are wide as well. SMH, why SO big???

This is the best type of calcium supplement to get. An integrative doctor I went to about 2 1/2 years ago had me start taking this. Since this is a hard tablet, it obviously has no flavor, which doesn't matter since you swallow it whole. I track how much calcium I'm getting from food products, use this product to bring my daily intake up to where it should be. It's a great product, the price is great for what you get.

Liked that there were no added vitamins or minerals, just calcium.

I have hypoparathyroidism and have to take calcium every day throughout the day (I love that it's 250 mg for that purpose). I have tried many types and brands of calcium. Freeda is the BEST! I also have gastroparesis...my stomach doesn't empty easily which interfered with absorption. Freeda is the only Calcium Citrate that I have found that allows me to chew it up first before I swallow it. The taste is very tolerable and absorption is a sure thing every time. That means I can keep my calcium at a much more consistent level, avoiding ups and downs...which means I feel so much better. I highly recommend it for anyone's calcium needs.
