Versatile and Travel Friendly Workout Band
This workout band has been a staple in my fitness routine for both exercise and PT strengthening exercises. The multiple loops make it versatile, you can use them in different ways to target a wide range of movements, stretches, and strength work. One of my favorite things about this band is how easy it is to travel with. I always pack it to ensure I can still stretch and get in a workout when other equipment isn’t available. Pay attention to the color and level of resistance. Green is the second from highest and if you haven't used before you may want to start at red. Like most bands, these do wear over time and eventually break. That said, even when they split into two parts, I’ve still found them useful for travel and exercises. On average, each one lasts me around six months, and this is my third purchase, which says a lot about how much I use and rely on them and they are worth the cost. If you want something compact, versatile, and effective for both workouts and rehab, I definitely recommend this band.

Wide range of applications. Great for traveling.
I have many band types over years, used for flexibility, warmup and strength training. Always had to add various handles for better experience. These have built in handles that allow a great value. Great for traveling, not bulky and lightweight.

useful band gives you lots of options
you can make it any length because of the many loops so it is versatile - mine tore after a couple of years but I got a lot of use out of it first!

Works fine, loops helpful. Seems to provide less resistance than regular bands of the same color.
I bought this to replace the cheap off brand stretch bands that my physical therapist sent me home with. Those bands leave my hands smelling like rubber and several hand washes don’t rid me of the stink. Also one of them was starting to break. From the reviews I read that these were kind of weak compared to regular bands, so instead of getting orange I got blue and it seems about right. Unlike the off brand ones, this does not leave my hands smelling like rubber. I also really appreciate the loops, they make it a lot easier to use and the band stretching between my thumb and forefinger doesn’t scrape my skin from holding it in place. I have had this one for a couple years now and it is only now starting to break. I’ve been handling it as gently as possible - instead of shutting in a door I loop it around a door handle and cushion it with a hand towel, etc. When stepping on it to do upward stretches I wear slipper it socks instead of standing on it with my hard shoes. Ordering another one to replace the one that’s breaking, and the old one (since only a couple segments are starting to break off one one end it’s still mostly useable) will go to work as a backup if I forget mine on a day I need it. (I try to do some stretches during phone meetings to save time and keep my mind alert).

Great quality
I highly recommend these bands—they work really well! I use them for both physical therapy and training, and they've been a great help.

Worth the money
Definitely like this band as it has different holds to use. I learned my lesson not to buy the cheap bands when one broke as I was using it & it missed my face by millimeters. I also have the wide THERABAND set and they are awesome.

Just OK
When I first saw this band, I was excited about the prospect of being able to avoid tying a band together in a loop to do certain exercises, but in practice, I found that it doesn’t do what I expected as well as I expected. Actually, I find it a rather gimmicky, and also comparatively expensive. Especially when new, it can be a little difficult to separate the strands to get your hands or legs into the openings, and like some others have said, I think the resistance is much less than if you were to just take a red band and tie it together into a loop. I also find that if you’re trying to put it on your leg or arm, it’s very difficult to move it up your leg or arm and keep it flat as opposed to twisting, and when it twists, it’s essentially like a rubber band and grabs your skin and pinches when you try to pull on the band. On balance, I would probably go back to just tying a regular band into a loop like they do at physical therapy. That’s easier to get on and off with more resistance.

Excellent product
We have several of these bands and they are great! Very durable and the loops are a feature that assists in many exercises, especially if grip is a problem. The manufacturer stands behind their product and were great to deal with when we encountered a problem with one of our bands. Highly recommend this product!

Perfect workout band
My Cubii did not come with their resistance band so I was so happy to find this TheraBand, it is the exact same as they use in the "Cubii Full Body Workout with Resistance Bands" video. I am now peddling and exercising at the same time - it's a good workout.

Easy to use, portable, great quality.
Love it! I bought it to do some stretches throughout the day. I have a very high stress job and the stretching helps reduce the tension in my neck, back and shoulders. So easy to use.
