"Brain Fog" Blood Sugar control
I added this product with a ceylon cinnamon product for better BS control and brain fog improvement. My "brain fog" has definately improved and I have not had any GI problems since taking the product The berberine is supposed to help with better absorption of the ceylon cinnamon and BS numbers have improved.

Did not change diet.
Was a little skeptical on this but my doctor recommended it give it a try. Glucose was in range but on the high side, after a month on this I was hovering on the lower end of the spectrum. So yes it worked for me.
