The Cadet Gourmet Kebab Dog Treats have been a big hit with my dogs. I have a 50-pound Bernedoodle and a 37-pound Goldendoodle, and the moment I open the bag they come running. They absolutely love the smell and flavor of these treats. I like that these kebabs are made with real chicken, chicken liver, and sweet potato wrapped around beef hide. They contain real protein and vegetables and do not have artificial colors, fillers, or flavors, which gives me peace of mind when treating my dogs. These 10-inch chews keep both of my dogs engaged and entertained for about 30 minutes, making them great for mental stimulation and helping to satisfy their natural urge to chew. As an added bonus, chewing helps support their dental health by helping keep their teeth cleaner. While they are a little more expensive than some other treats, I still think they offer good value for the quality ingredients and the amount of time they keep my dogs occupied. My large Goldens enjoy the long-term chewing of this thick, tasty chew stick which is larger than most others and gives them something to do for a while instead of just quick instant gratification treats. They probably clean their teeth as well as there's lots of chewing taking place for long periods of time per chew. They look to be about 10 inches long with a diameter of about 7/8 of an inch, all told. They will spend a lot of time on one, then go back to it at a later date. It doesn't smell bad but has durability and the dogs love them as you open the package and just take one out and give it to the dog directly - ease of use.

My lab loves these things. The non-rawhide option that are popular now, do not agree with him. This large pack is a great prices, since in the grocery store 4 of them are $16. This provides him with about 25 minutes of chewing and a great activity that he enjoys.

There are dog treats that last long (but not usually the best tasting) and there are dog treat that taste great (usually not long lasting). If you are looking for something that will keep dogs occupied and happy for at least 20 minutes these chews definitely check both boxes! There is not a strong smell either. My dog was a huge chewer and these were his favorite. Thru lasted pretty long and they were the joy of his life.
