Can these socks be worn on the feet?

No, they're definitely not suitable for your feet, instead, you drape one over each ear

do these socks cut into your legs leaving a mark, 'i'm size 10 man.

There is a slight indent but they are not highly elasticated. I find them comfortable. They do shed little black bits at first. I am a 14 stone guy and wear them every day and walk between 3 and 7 miles a day when wearing them. Hope this helps…
