Nice vitamin
My husband takes these supplements and he is 6’ 6”. They are a standard pill size and easy to swallow, smaller than most pills. There is no after taste or known side effects. He has been taking these same vitamins for a couple years with no issues. They are reasonable in cost and a good quantity. Because he is on so many meds it’s hard to tell if they specifically make a difference but we like to think they have an overall benefit.

great one a day MVI but now have to pay for two a day mini
This is the daily multi-vitamin formulation found in a larger randomized trial to be associated with less cognitive loss than those receiving placebo. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that Centrum is making it available in a "mini" pill that requires taking two a day instead of one, so they are easier to swallow. That's fine for those who have a problem swallowing - but coincidentally looks like it costs a bit more to buy 2/day than 1/day (!) And hard to find the original 1/day.

I am one of those people who cannot stand a strong vitamin taste while going down my throat and really don’t like that the horse pill sized vitamins are so difficult to swallow. These minis are the perfect size and there are no unpleasant repeating effects! Easy to use and swallow, good ingredients with no problems. Of course because it’s name brand it’s pricing is pretty high but for me the minis are awesome!

Especially nice if you have dificulty swallowing larger pills
I purchased the minis because they were on sale. They are easier to swallow and seem to be nutritionally identical to the larger pill when taking 2 per day as directed. Going forward I will purchase whichever is the lower cost per day because I never had dificulty swallowing the larger pill.

Expiration date
This medicine delivered on May 7 2023 with expiry date of July 2023 only about 80 days. The bottle has 280 capsule. Am I supposed to eat the whole bottle now?
