I would recommend this over other clear coat
I used on my Ford Expedition wheels when I painted them black , it turned out amazing with this clear coat. Easy to use, best value I found, sprayed on super easy and even, and once it was done you can tell the clear coat is going to be durable and last!

Priced cheaper than aftermarket OEM paint.
Good paint, sprayed front bumper cover. Nice match to Toyota 212 black

Time will tell how duraable this paint is
Went on really smooth! Very expensive but I can tell it's good quality paint. Wear a respirator when using this stuff. I didnt have any bad cans like others have reported. Also my paint looks gloss black and not a gray color like I've seen other comments saying. I did use the 2k primer before coating with this.

A good product!
This 2-part paint is very cool. Simple to use, but you have to be completely ready to spray once you break the bubble. Do not count on touching up after the first application--as you get to the last 20% of the can, it will start spitting (like any other spray can, i'm sure) and you won't like the results. I was painting a vintage motorcycle frame, one piece off, several pieces (swingarm) still on and taped out. The can worked fine, finish is nice (if not a direct match for 54-year old original) but it will do till I strip the whole thing down and power coat it. All in all, a good product.

Sprays terrible, rediculous amount of orange peel for mirror covers. Now needs to be sanded and buffed. Ive used other brand canned 2k paint and was actually impressed by how they spray, and im used to spraying out of a gun(do auto restoration for a living). Theres no reason i should have problems with mirror covers. Rustoleum sprays better then this. Only reason i get the 2k cans is to save time and is easier to charge on small stuff like these mirrors. This turned out to be more work. First and last time using this brand. Oh yeah and its not black at all, it looks grey compared to an actual black paint.

Best Top coat
Really a favorite of mine. I keep buying more. You just have to beware that your bottom color coat is perfectly dry if you are spraying a clear top coat.

Incredible Paint, BUT, Orange Peel Comes Easily if You Don't.....
Like the heading states, this really is an incredible paint. The only downside is getting used to spraying this type of paint. I initially sprayed my first two coats about 10" - 12" away from the surface of my test item, and I got a TON of orange peel. I was so thankful that I decided to try a couple of coats on a scrap item. I grabbed another item, and this time I kept the can 6" away from the surface. I was freaking out that I was going to get drips, but I got none and only minor orange peel. Luckily, the item I needed to spray was only 12" x 12" so I had plenty of paint still left to spray. Keep the can 6' away and move your arm quickly across the surface until you get confident you won't get a drip. Also, do not spray straight down onto anything, as that creates a ton of orange peel, and the can does not spray in that direction well at all. Your best bet is to spray at a 45 - 130 degree angle to the ground, 6" away, moving at a decent speed. If you do that, you will be SUPER HAPPY! I almost forgot, if the can has been stored below 70 degrees, soak the can in a hot water bath for 15 minutes before spraying. If you don't and try and spray "cold paint," the tip will get clogged, and you will be pissed! Cheers!

perfect for small parts great shine and durability
i was a little curious how a single stage 2 k would work but all i can say is that this stuff exceeded my expectations. i used it to paint a fiberglass bumper and with the proper surface prep this stuff laid out like it was out of a professional paint gun. nice smooth even finish with a glossy shine and tough finish. i have used the 2 k clear in the brank also and it works just the same. worth the money for small paint tasks that you dont have to spend all kinds of time mixing conventional clearcoat
