These replacement parts are just as good of quality as the expensive brand-name options for a fraction of the cost. The diaphragms fit perfectly, and the silicone ear tips are comfortable and provide a great seal. Everything feels durable and works exactly as expected. As someone who uses a stethoscope regularly, I was impressed with the quality and value. I would definitely buy these again and highly recommend them to anyone needing replacement parts without spending a fortune.

It looks like it's too small at first, but it's not. Just work it around slowly and it slides on perfectly. Didn't try the small one or the ear bud replacements yet. I didn't need them but they came with the diaphragm I wanted.

I purchased these for the Littmann Classic III. I have a set of Classic III that I think has a bell that is out of spec, and I go through diaphragms a lot. Unfortunately, the Littmann replacement diaphragm set with a set of ear pieces are currently $26.99 on 2026/06/06. Yikes. Compare that to this BBTO set that includes two sets of diaphragms and four sets of ear pieces at $8.99!! The Littmanns are over six times as expensive! The BBTO ones are thicker, which is not an issue. The thickness of the center of the diaphragm feels about the same. Overall, this is a great replacement, and it's a great value. Don't bother with the Littman replacement diaphragm set.

The large diaphragm with the integrated ring was a perfect fit for my vintage Littmann Cardiology II SE. The integrated ring feels much like rubber, or possibly silicone. This should make the ring less prone to cracks resulting from the inevitable bumps and drops on hard surfaces. Installation of the large diaphragm is a little tedious and requires patience. The original hard plastic black retaining ring became quite brittle over time and literally broke into pieces in my hand. I have never made the transition to using a diaphragm on the conical bell, so I will continue to use the rubber ring. As I just received these replacement parts I cannot attest to their long term durability, hence the 4 star rating.

Works great with my littman cardiology III

Just adding a review to confirm this fits my Littmann Cardiology II. I had not been able to find an official replacement for the diaphragm and found so much conflicting info online about what would fit, only to find the diameter wasn't even close. There could be other versions of the Cardiology II, I'm not sure, just saying it fit mine. The metal part the diaphragm is meant to fit around measures ~43-44mm in diameter, so if yours does too, this will probably fit.

Meet my needs. But its durability is uncertain. Seems to easily come off the bell of my stethoscope. Price was right. But quality I may have got what I paid for.

Perfect fit for my Littman Cardiology II stethoscope

Good fit

Much cheaper than original but it works both on classic ll and cardio lll. I bought it at a small risk as some reviews said it didn't work for them. It is true that this is smaller than the original size, but all I did was to flip the fold outwards and ensure that is wraps around the edge of the aperture. It actually has a tight grip over drum. I fitted one on my classic ll and the other on cardio lll. Thankfully it works and I saved some money.

Practical and cheap alternative to oem parts. Had read previous reviews which suggested that the fit of the diaphragms was less than perfect, but these went on and worked! Saved a small fortune against mind numbingly expensive oem replacement items

The parts fit well to my littmann classic 2 and work as expected. The only difference is the earbuds are a bit harder than the original ones that came with the stethoscope and not quite as comfortable with less of a good seal in your ear. Good for the price though.

Parts arrived on time and fitted to my aged stethoscope easily. Working normally again.
