For problems with gluten sensitivity. I had extreme nasal drip and hive reactions due to gluten in my food. My stomach would get bigger. I just take 2 pills every evening before bedtime. This is one of the best ways to counter-balance my diet. I can't say enough about the benefits of this product.

I use it to make sure I'm getting the right kind magneisium to maintain my health and from a prominent source!

The supplements might help, but for me I just could not tell a difference. I stopped taking this supplements when I ran out recently after purchasing four bottles (Feb., Mar., May, & July, 2024). I don't regret trying these supplement because I received a full refund. It was worth a try.

I WANTED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW TO DEBUNK SOME OF THE PEOPLE THAT TRY TO INVALIDATE THE LECTIN-FREE DIET AND BY EXTENSION, THIS PRODUCT. I’VE HAD SEVERE CONSTIPATION/GASTROINTESTINAL ISSUES FOR OVER A YEAR AND HAVE IBS-C. I SAW MULTIPLE DOCTORS AND TRIED EVERYTHING FROM PRESCRIPTION IBS PRODUCTS TO OTHER DIETS (SUCH AS LOW-FODMAP) AND NOTHING WORKED. AFTER 3+ MONTHS OF DOING THIS DIET ON AND OFF, I FINALLY GOT SOME RELIEF FROM CONSTIPATION, PAINFUL BLOATING, BRAIN FOG, JOINT PAIN, ETC. I TAKE THESE CAPSULES ONLY WHEN I’M EATING LECTIN FOODS ON OCCASION AND ITS HELPS, I CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE. JUST GIVE IT A TRY, YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE!

You may have noticed like I have, that every product that Dr. Gundry pushes is the best thing since the forward pass. He makes great claims but always he claims that the product will make you lose weight which is a lie. I have used almost every product that he sells, and I have not lost one ounce of weight. The same is true with his claim for Lectin Shield. I notice absolutely no difference in feeling or weight. Gundry is a fraud. He only wants to make money. His Products don't work. If I am wrong, I challenge Gundry to respond to this review and prove it. He can't prove it because there is no way to tell if they work or not. One last point: his formulas and products are very expensive because he says, "he only uses the best ingredients which hard to find". Let him prove that claim as well!

Didn't work

i take these whenever i'm having bread/pasta/grains and find it helps keep my wt in check. Most importantly it prevents the Lectins from doing damage !
