Excellent pasta for seafood dish!
This was my first time buying squid ink pasta, and it was definitely a unique experience. The pasta has a richer umami taste, though it can be subtle if paired with a very strong sauce. I’d suggest serving it with seafood (for example, spaghetti alla vongole) for the best result. I’ve been buying various types of pasta from La Molisana, and they’ve all been excellent in quality and delicious. Great value for the money!
