Well, definitely a case of I should have read the previous reviews. ๐ ๐คฃ This is not blotting paper, its almost definitely tracing/tissue paper.. I could have bought this from.my local crafting shop for ยฃ1. Ahh well lesson learned!! And the kiddos are enjoying playing with it. ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐ซ

Not ideal
This blotting paper is mediocre at best, but with a little effort, then yes, it works. Quality wise, it is very thin and cheap. Rather than actual blotting paper, I find it to be closer to tissue paper. Naturally, this makes it a little trickier to use, and I found that I needed to replace it more frequently to ensure my flowers didn't stick to the paper. Was it great? No. Does it work with a bit of effort? I guess. But I probably would look elsewhere for my next lot.

Tissue paper!!
This was ordered as blotting paper flower press refill. It is in fact tissue paper and no use what so ever for using as an absorbent layer in a press.

NOT ink blotter paper
This is basically waxed paper or onion skin paper. IDK what "preplumbed" could possible mean in the description. As for blotting, it does not absorb much if any moisture.
