Exactly what I was needing and seems to be great quality.

I got this bottle a couple of weeks ago so it might be too early to tell, BUT, I think they're very good. I started with one, 1mg capsule for about 4 days - felt nothing so I upped it up to two capsules for about three days. Might have had a better attitude with the two capsules - didn't cuss nearly as much on the tennis court when I screwed up. But for the past 3 days I've been taking 3 capsules. I can definitely tell there is a positive difference. For one, they took the edge off my regular 6 month dental cleaning that I had this morning. I actually didn't find the experience totally horrible. And today, for the acid test, my daughter came from college for a visit bearing a brand new tattoo. I really hated that she got it, BUT, I didn't explode on her. I've actually had a decent day despite these two normally very stressful events. I really think these have helped me to behave better. I will definitely be ordering more.

I got the smallest dose (1 mg) of lithium (from lithium orotate) I could find. The order arrived promptly. Because I wanted to measure out a precise quantity of lithium per capsule, I emailed the company, indicating the lot number on the bottles I purchased. They replied promptly with as lab report indicating that in one bottle of 1 mg capsules, each capsule actually contained 1.4 mg lithium; the second bottle contained 1.1 mg lithium. I was satisfied by the apparent thoroughness of this company, although one can never be absolutely sure about OTC supplements.

Heard Pure brand is the best. So far they seem to be working!
