Perfect. Comfortable.
Kid loves it and will only choose the couch or a recliner over this. He has 3 gaming chairs and this one is his favorite. He likes that it reclines, has a side pocket and a cup holder. I’m not sure if he uses the massage option that much but when we did turn it one, it wasn’t too loud. It’s very sturdy and built well. The padding is comfortable and is lasting a long time still. He’s had it a year. Every year for Christmas he asks for a new gaming chair because he ends up not liking the one he got but he didn’t ask for one this year. He’s happy with it.

I’m impressed
I LOVE this chair. We’ll made, quality material and look, easy to assemble. I’ve been thinking of buying it for a while and couldn’t decide due to mixed reviews. First off- it’s not too small for me (I’m 5’8” 150, athletic frame). The chair isn’t the most comfortable in upright position but extremely comfortable reclined. The massage function is pretty much what I expected-not deep tissue but soothing and relaxing. I put a kitty paw cushion on for extra comfort. It’s perfect!

The design to place chair together is not user friendly or flawed
Ok I understand what happened so anyone going forward can understand why I couldn’t put it together well there’s arm the design was not off but some fool put the stickers on the wrong way and I was just following what saw so yes I admit I Was the fool who just did not see the cup holders was on the left instead of right I admit it when I am wrong my bad. But still my eyes are not as good and the pictures are small and that person did put stickers wrong but 50-50. ThanksScratch this commentI’m sorry the chair look wonderful feels sturdy but who ever designed it was mental who gives a an inch from one point wood & leather to were the screw holes is unless you have tiny hands or a super long screw or Allen wrench it’s so hard but unless there a trick to it I just have to say OMG and want to return it. Quality is ok the design is flawed but it may be me but it’s aggravating to no end pictures show the small room to do it and if you think reverse the plate you can’t get the wrench in so it’s bad design well the placement of things it’s like if they don’t try it before the design the whole placing of things I don’t understand the company that did this unless you cut something or break it I don’t see it. Sorry if I’m wrong but my goodness who out there did not damage it to get together honestly or why not put better instructions not just pictures sorry thanks for letting me vent

Sturdy, buy very unconfortable
Well the product was pretty easy to assemble. Its is also reasonably sturdy. The problem begins when you actually try to use it. It's advertised as a gaming recliner, but even with an additional support pad, and a blanket, and a pillow it's about as comfortable as reclining on an iron plate. When it's inclined back there is a big gap right at butt area that makes using it uncomfortable. So reclining it to watch movies, etc is difficult. It's also difficult to use it as a computer chair unless you have a lower desk, as it does not have wheels, though it does swivel. The good side is that it's not terribly heavy, so if you have a smooth surface it can be easily moved. It does come with a tiny pillow, but it's awkward to position, and is kinda useless. Unless your child sized it's default position is kinda poor. It also has a few problems with the reclining foot rest area not staying up, and the chair cover pops off at the end of the foot rest, so when you retract it, it pops off.The cup holder is also stupidly designed. It's too big to fit standard car sized cup holder sizes, and not deep enough to support any drink. So either stuff won't fit, or it will, and won't stay in. I also only has it on one side, so you can't switch where you place your drink. Is it worth 300? Nah... it's not even worth 200. About all I can say for it is that it's pretty sturdy and hasn't broken yet, but I'm planning to toss this thing and get a proper recliner as I should have done to begin with.

Defective and non-durable
I received this as a gift from my wife. I've assembled many office chairs in my career and for personal use, that said, this is without a doubt THE MOST DIFFICULT CHAIR I HAVE EVER ASSEMBLED. It appears to be a manufacturing defect. The metal pieces in the back are far too long and could use an inch shaved off in each side, that or make the metal on the sides slightly more flexible. While not the most complex chair to be built, the rigidness of the sides mixed with too long of screw casings on the back lead this product to the most irritating assembly. With one side screwed on it is literally impossible to screw in the other side due to the metal parts being at least an inch way too long. Will most likely return the product as 4 hours later it is still not assembled. Also, the base on which it stands is like a camping tent, it's not solid. The tent can easily be punctured and I've never seen such low quality in a base like that before. I can literally put my foot on the base and it feels like it's going to be ripped through. That tells me that even if this chair did not have a defect that it's still not durable to last in the simplest of places.
