I guess they’d stay on while sleeping. With the Velcro, you can put them on as tightly as you want to.There’s about 1/4” of foam, just on the bottoms to give some relief. I walk around the house in mine. I haven’t tried sleeping in them.

So you can't wear without shoes in yoga?

I would think u could-just put a piece of tape over top of velcro connection to secure
