Update number 2 Scam and would never buy this bike nor purchase from this company again. I want to emphasize this bike was the right size for the kids. You might think they outgrew them. Not true. I attempted to raise the seat as necessary and seat tube is too short! Now child is riding low. Please read previous comment to understand complaint. Update: from 4 stars to one. Warning. Before the return period ends ensure handlebar doesn’t get in the way or hit the child’s knees when TURNING!!!!! Pay attention when he or she is turning! unfortunately after the return period we noticed when our small one turned, the handlebar would hit the child’s knees. Because of this i would return it. Size or body of bike was the the right size for our child. The next size up would have been too big for the child. We ordered two bikes (both different sizes) for separate children. Turns out they use the same size seat and handlebar for these two different size bikes. This issue occurred only with the bigger bike and not the smaller one. To seller and manufacture…No! one size don’t fit all. I Do feel cheated as these bikes are super expensive and child won’t use it for long. And yes I tried to adjust or raise the handlebar. I’m hoping seller contacts me and sends me a bigger handle bar. —————- We are very pleased with the white bike. Very nice looking bike as it has a lot of details. Do feel it’s too pricey but it’s a good quality bike. We went with this bike after returning two other bikes (different model from local store) Due to not being the right size. The 12” and 16” bikes were not the right size for our child so we searched and ordered this 14” wheel. It Turned out to be the right size for our child. The reason i took one star is cause the front wheel is a little unbalanced. Too pricey to have this small issue. Over pleased and would recommend. Oh! The bikes Customer service was awesome and helped me adjust front breaks.

I dont ever write negative reviews but I have to here. I bought this bike for my 2 1/2 year old son for Christmas. First thing that went wrong was when he would start going, the gear would skip and jerk the pedals forward. I took it to a bicycle shop to see if it was a quick fix. There was no C-clamp holding the back gear on so it would slide on and off. Luckily they had an extra one lying around so they put it on. That cost me an extra $30 to fix. 2nd, I filled the water bottle up for him and when we went to put it in the holder, it cracked in half. Now its useless... 3rd, when he pushes the pedals back to brake, it gets stuck and the back tire wont roll again until I hit it forward. I was very excited to get him a quality first bike. I spent the extra money because this one seemed to be better built and better quality than the ones you get from walmart or Academy. Needless to say his cousins that got the cheap bikes have zero issues and this one is falling apart. Maybe I just got a bad bike, but my son cant use his Christmas present and asked why Santa brought him a broken bike...

Bought this for my five year old boy. Everything looked promising initially...bike arrived on time, looked great coming out of the box- snazzy red and black with seemingly quality parts and little touches you expect for a more expensive bike like a water bottle, and nice machined parts.. All but one major thing: no pedals- I could hardly believe it as I was assembling it on Christmas Eve. Needless to day i'll be searching the area for pedals as close to Xmas as possible or returning. What a miss! Btw, also no training wheels despite showing them in all the bike pictures...

This bike was impressive and easy to assemble until I realized that the bolt that stabilizes the handle bars was missing. I called the two numbers the company provided. No one answered the phone no matter how many times I called. I then put in for a refund. Customer service should answer the phone. I was calling within work hours. I have dropped the bike at UPS and am now awaiting my refund. I just don’t have time for missing parts. I did take it to a bike shop to see if they had the part. They didn’t.

I've ordered two of these bikes. I returned one the other I bought for Christmas and the return window closed before riding. The bike is pretty heavy duty. It's all steel and fairly thick. This makes it quite hard for a child to pedal. My kid is a pretty proficient rider and they struggled just being to take off and pedal. It doesn't help that the pedals also seem to stick and have some kind of resistance when pedaling ontop of being a heavy bike. Both bikes I had ordered had trouble getting the rear wheel to spin freely or to pedal a full revolution without using adult levels of force. This bike isn't even all that cheap for the quality to be as poor as it is. It's highly recommend just goggling some reviews, paying $20 more and getting a good bike that is 40% lighter and will last. After having my kid struggle to make this bike work on flat ground. We bought a different bike and now she can ride up hill easily. I'm going to recommend passing on this one.

We loved this bike until it caused my son to flip over the handlebars and smash his face into the pavement shattering his front tooth. He had been riding it for just three months when the front wheel locked sideways causing him to flip over the handlebars. There is a design flaw with the bike that is not apparent when it is new, but over time makes this bike dangerous. The front wheel fork has two metal nubbins that butt up to a metal collar on the bike frame so as not to allow the front wheel to over rotate. After a while the metal nubbins on my son's bike ground away at the metal collar causing the two to slide together rather than butt up which made his bike wheel lock sideways. This is a design flaw that caused a serious injury for my son. Please do not buy this bike!

Do not buy this bike. Do yourself a favor and go to Dicks or Target and buy one there, at least you'll know where to return. It Arrived in a nice package and was easy enough to assemble. However, the back tire would not hold air. Took off Chain assembly and all the extras to find the tube came with a hole in it. I contacted the seller immediately. Took months to get a replacement and no information from their customer service emails. I had went and just bought one on my own. So great I have a spare when replacement finally arrived.....Now, front tire just went flat after 2 Months of owning it. Inner tube has pin hole again. This time I take off both tires and file down the metal studs on the back of the rims that are oddly sharp and jagged. Put it all back together and new tube sent by them had a hole also. Also, the training wheels and pedals keep slipping and the bike is generally heavy for a small child. This thing has spent more time with me working on it than actually being rode.

I read many blog posts and went through some of the reviews thinking we found our great bike for our son. It arrived on time, but from the moment I took it out of the box, I knew we had made a mistake. 1. The instructions were very difficult to follow, and were general instruction that were applicable to all of their bike brands (therefore you couldn’t follow pictures while putting together) 2. The training wheels are wobbly and cheap 3. There is nowhere to place the front reflector on the handle bar without it looking silly and off center 4. It just feels unsturdy all together (we saw a $60 bike of the same size at Walmart and the quality was so much better) We will be returning this

The 18” size was perfect for my 6 year old and he loves it. Easy enough to put together without being able to read the French language instructions...not sure why English instructions were not included! The bike has a hand brake and back pedal brakes which are easy to use without having just hand brakes. A great purchase!

Easy to assemble. Good quality grandson wanted a red bike. Very happy
