This works so well. The gel ice pack stays cold and is comfortable to wear. The stretchy ace type wrap adheres securely with Velcro to close and stay put. The wrap is long enough to cover the foot and ankle easily. Very well made and durable. It’s so great I keep buying them for family and friends who are injured!

I picked this 3-piece hot and cold pack set to help with some stubborn lower back stiffness and knee soreness, and it has quickly become a staple in my recover routine. What I like: The Wrap/Strap: Having a dedicated warp is a game-changer. It keeps the ice pack securely in place so I walk around the house or sit at my desk without it sliding off. Flexibility: Even straight out of the freezer, the gel packs retain enough flexibility to contour well around joints like knees and elbows, rather than freezing into a solid, unbending brick. Microwave friendly: They head up quickly in the microwave (just be sure to do it in short increments so you don't pip them) and hold a comfortable, soothing heath for a solid 20-25 minutes. Things to note: Because they are flexible gel, they stay ice-cold for about 20 to 30 minutes. This is perfect for doctor- recommended icing, but if you need something that stays frozen for hours, you might need a heavy-duty hard pack. Overall, having three pieces means I can always have one in the freezer while using another. Highly recommended for general join pain or muscle recovery!

Great ice packs with a convenient strap! I've only used them as cold packs, not heat packs, but they have worked great for that purpose. Easy to use and very effective.

I specifically bought this 3-piece set for cold therapy on my ankle, and it has been an absolute lifesaver. Finding an ice pack that actually conforms to the tricky contours of an ankle joint is tough, but this set handles it perfectly. The fabric wrap feels thick, durable, and of high-quality. It is incredibly soft against the skin, and have not leaked the gel. It provides uniform targeted relief right where the inflammation is, allowing me to sit comfortably without having to constantly hold the pack in place.

This is my constant companion for my broken ankle. Love that I don’t need to readjust because the ice pack conforms to my ankle and is held in place with the Velcro strap. The gel freezes quickly and stays cold for a couple of hours so I can have almost continuous ice if I wanted it. 10/10 recommend for injuries!!

I ordered this one particularly for using under my arms which is a tricky shape to find in an ice pack where it can be soft enough for the delicate area. I just received it today and so far, it seems great. The shape of the cold pack can be flexible enough to fold over and use for my underarms and is cooling the various areas it needs to in order to cover all areas at one time and not have to move it around. Hopefully this reduces some inflammation. The material seems sturdy and the velcro strap is secure.

This is great it stays on well and stays cold for a long time and you can use both sides of it. It's a lifesaver when you're approaching knee replacement surgery.

These were perfect following back surgery!! Cold when you need them or warm!! You have choices?! No leaking, easy to use, light weight and yes they are microwavable!! So glad I ordered!

Easy to use but not very practical. Should give two straps .. so that both knees can be done at same time.Quality of strap and Velcro very poor. Gel is excellent.

Great to get quick relief of muscle soreness. Reliable pouch that can be heated many times in microwave. But not longer than 40s at full power
