Amazon Essentials Men's Regular Fit Long-Sleeve Flannel Shirt, Soft Brushed Cotton, Lightweight yet Warm

I like the feel and look of these shirts. I bought an XS for me and a L for my husband so we could twin. The fabric is very soft and the fit is pretty accurate. It feels decently thick to me; it’s the same thickness as a flannel bedsheet. But if you’re expecting a heavy-duty flannel then it will feel thin to you; this is just a regular flannel shirt, not a winter flannel coat. For reference, I (female) am 5’8” and fairly slender and the XS is plenty big on me. I’m glad I didn’t choose a size S instead. It’s a little long in the length and comes down to cover my butt, but the sleeves are the perfect length and not too long. It’s a good layering shirt and doesn’t look too baggy. Husband is 5’10” and 220 lb. and the large is a good fit for him. Snug but not too snug. I ended up buying him 3 of these shirts in the same size but different patterns, and they all fit the same, so the sizing is consistent. Overall I’d recommend. It’s a nice quality flannel for the price.

Good quality, fair price, and multiple color and pattern selections to choose from; what’s not to love in all of that; and good solid long sleeved comfort and warmth in 100% cotton flannel! What are you waiting for? Grab these before they are gone, or the selections of colors, patterns and sizes are limited. What this review states before my words here, is that I bought a size Large of only one shirt, a Bright Blue Plaid, when in reality, I bought 10 size Large shirts of this same flannel type, with each of the 10 being a different color or pattern, some a solid color and some a various color plaid design. I also normally wear a medium, but 100% cotton flannel tends to shrink a bit, so I bought the next size up, for a more comfortable and long lasting fit after multiple washes and years long use. I’ve been wearing long sleeved flannel for quite some time since my teen years, and being quite older now, I’ve found flannel shirts to be the best for use during the colder half of the year, from late autumn, winter, and early spring. Worn indoors over a short sleeved undershirt, or outdoors under a sweatshirt and the sweatshirt under a heavier coat on colder days, causes these shirts to be a soft, comfortable, and reliable wardrobe staple for many years to come.

I like wearing flannel shirts around the house in the winter. They're warm and cozy, soft, and something casual. This was my first time buying from Amazon's line of clothing. I was deciding between the Medium and the Large. I've always worn medium. I'm 5'11" and weigh around 190 pounds right now. I chose the large for two reasons: I have broad shoulders and I'm tired of medium shirt sleeves falling short of my wrist. I'm glad I got the large, but it's not a perfect fit; it's a comfortable, casual fit. Before I washed it I was tempted to send it back for a medium. But flannel shrinks, so I thought, what the heck, let's give it a shot for $15. The chest was pretty big and the shirt looked kind of boxy on me, the sleeves were plenty long: they came down to the middle knuckle on my thumb. After washing (and drying it in a dryer) it, I'm really glad I didn't send it back for a medium. The chest feels about right, albeit a bit too roomy in the armpit area, and it's still a little boxy (nothing short of a tailor can fix it), but it's comfortable for lounging. The shirt length is spot on. And the sleeves shrunk about a whole inch! They come just to my wrist now. It's a comfortable shirt. It's heavy and kind of thick, will be warm I think. It's not a tailored fit, but you don't buy flannel to look dressy. If you're shorter than I am, a medium will probably fit you just fine. If you don't put it in a dryer, a medium will still probably do you just fine if you are my height. I think I could comfortably (although I don't plan on it!) gain 10-20 pounds and still have the large fit me. If I were 10-20 pounds lighter I probably would have bought the medium and just line-dried it, but the sleeve length would be a gamble; I may have bought a different shirt instead. All in all recommended. I'd buy another one.

I can’t think of a time when Amazon Essentials didn’t deliver quality, budget-conscious clothing. This flannel shirt is no different. The fit is spot on, and it looks fantastic.

REALLY nice shirt for the money. So for the sizing, I am 5'9" and 160 lbs. I got the large and it was a little big but after a wash and dry on MEDIUM heat, it fits me like a glove. I will probably be buying one more. My only initial concern was the size because I am small, (43" chest and 32 " waist) but in good shape with wide shoulders. I think the sizing is the hardest. Material is nice, soft, it is a thinner flannel but that's what I was going for, just a lounger in the evenings. Anyway, I hope this helps someone. Blessings.

Looking for a warm, brown plaid (w/o yellow) - this is exactly what I wanted for my handsome 5'11" hubby! The fabric is heavier than many similar shirts in this price range, should hold up well to washing/ drying. (No issues w. 1st wash/ dry) Farming is a physically demanding occupation, he's constantly moving, working on mechanical issues, etc. Mid-west weather is so variable during spring/ fall.... one needs layers. I'd definitely consider another of these flannel shirts - one for slightly dressier wear w. a brown or oatmeal color t-shirt & jeans. Very happy w. purchase!

Soft cotton flannel shirt, seems well made, and a great color combination. There was something off about the collar though. It didn’t stand up tall enough, and the arm length was a little too short for me. I returned it and received a prompt refund.

The quality is surprisingly good for price, It’s not premium quality but very close to it. It’s comfortable and soft. It looks nice. I also like that the only visible label is on the inside of the neck. I’ve worn it few times, had a wash and still maintained the quality, I’m happy with it and I’ll probably get another one in a different pattern.

El 10/11 pedí dos camisas, una llegó al día siguiente y la otra estaba prevista para el día 15/11 pero Correos Expres dice que no había nadie en casa (estábamos mi mujer y yo) y la han traído hoy 17/11. Las camisas están bien, suaves y calentitas y la talla que recomiendan es acertada. Lo que no cuadra es que los modelos enviados no son los que pedí, aunque por lo menos intentan aproximase. Si el diseño no te importa mucho la calidad está muy bien para el precio. Intenta pedir las que tienen entrega al día siguiente porque las entrega Amazon. Las otras las entrega un transportista diferente y si es Correos Expres puedes tener problemas.
