Good for X3 with GoPro mounts
Bought for Insta 360 X3 to use my GoPro mounts with, no issues but the screw is longer than the insert. Appears to be durable and good cost

Works just as expected
I used this item to make my own monopod for hiking and photography. I combined this with a 1/4x20 threaded insert into the top of my wooden walking staff. I also added a double-ball gimbal and now I leave the tripod at home!

Decent Adapter
The attaching portions are a bit thick. It needs to be a bit thinner. But I was able to make it work
