Do you get 4 loop pieces with straps per pack or is it 2 loop pieces and 1 strap?

You get 2 Straps, adjustable 18-60". EACH strap has a LOOP on each end.

Are these better than 12 to 42" rok straps? i see a complaint that they are no where near as wide as these 1" ones are. comments on comparison?

The 10050 Straps, 18-5ft adjustable are 1" wide and have a 200lb breaking strain. The 12-42" x 5/8" wide has a 125lb breaking strain, also very strong! I can't understand why someone would complain about the strap. We use the 12-42's on off-road vehicles to secure coolers and fuel jugs and they work perfect.

Is there one set of straps or two in this package? The description says the number of items is 1, but the picture shows a 2-pack.

Is the maximum length of 60 inches the length before it is stretched, or is it the maximum stretched length?

If the strap is 60 inches long, it will stretch 30% of it's size. So that strap would stretch to 78 inches approx.
