Tomatoes were brightly colored and had a wonderful sweet fruity taste. Used 1 can with added spices and made a wonderful sauce that clung to my pasta and was extremely flavorful Used another can for chili and it complemented the beans and ground beef perfectly. These are as close to my mothers homemade canned garden tomatoes that I ever had.

The absolute best tomatoes I’ve ever had out of a can. They’re even better some than some vine grown never seen anything like it. I’m not so concerned about the quantity of products I have but the quality of the products I have.

Don't care what lawsuit says re: San Marzano or not but these are great quality and worth the extra cost

These tomatoes are perfect for the simple Pasta Sauce/Gravy. They have so much pure flavor - no funny stuff. Try making a sauce out of using only chopped garlic (as much as you like) - simmered for a little bit in olive oil. Then squeeze ONE can of these tomatoes into the pan. Add salt and pepper - maybe one little chili pepper if you like them. NO oregano and NO onions. Let this simmer for about half an hour. Just before the end of the simmering time - add about 3 leaves of fresh basil. I like it served on a heavier pasta like penne. Yes, I know it sounds too easy, but please try it one time, and I bet you will order these Cento tomatoes again and again. Or, of course, you can use them in your own sauce or other tomato dishes. When it comes to Italian cooking, it seems to me that the fewer ingredients, the sweeter and fresher and cleaner the sauce!

Great product for Italian cooking. Easier to have them delivered directly to me instead of carrying them home from the grocery store.

I wasn't sure how to rate this product. If it were just based on the product quality and value, we're looking at an easy 5 stars here. The quality and taste are great (I bought these from the supermarket before), and the texture and smell are what you'd expect which is also good. I took one star away because Amazon was not able to ship the product without significant dents to the can. I can't blame them really because a 6 pack is heavy and the cans are large. Pretty much any movement in the box will cause denting, especially when there are other items that share box space. Maybe if this is the only product you're ordering at the time then you can avoid damage. If it's part of a Subscribe and Save delivery, then good luck on getting any cans that don't have concealed damage. Much thanks to Amazon for making this right. They always have been fair and fast to solve problems for me in the past.

Très bon produit mais le problème est l’emballage de très mauvaise qualité. 4 cannages sur 6 était très bossé. Le cannage arrive dans une boîte de carton coupé à la hauteur du cannage et enveloppé avec du cellophane.

El producto es bueno, pero me entregaron mis 6 latas de tomate envueltas en papel café, antes me lo entregaban en cajas., por lo tanto , me llegaron abolladas 3 latas. Tengan más cuidado al enviarnos el producto.

These are not DOP....very disappointing

Every can was significantly dented. I am so worried about the seal that I will not use them to make sauce for others. (Yes, I know I should have sent them back.)
