Pasteurizer?
This was purchased because of the stainless container and the ability to process a larger quantity of milk. With the large volume of milk the temperature throughout the container is not uniform. The temperature sensor is at the bottom and we find the temperature at the top is much higher than the value set. The top is of thin material and bends easily. Lastly, the unit leaks water and i have not been able to determine the source. However, it requires a towel wrapped around the base to prevent flooding the floor. In summary, it is an expensive piece of equipment that is not quite ready for prime time.
