Almost perfect
Was missing a few of the accessories but the phone itself is magical and works perfectly! I recommend this to anyone that loves the galaxy line of samsung phones.

This phone is the best phone I've had in a while!
This phone is awesome, I love the stylus and all its quirks, one thing is the speakers on mine are kinda busted and sound pretty scratchy but it's not the worst as I always use headphones anyway. I draw a lot and this phone is perfect for it, I can draw my little heart out on this phone! I've never had a phone so young, it's only a year old and it's so new and interesting! My old phone was made in 2017 and the rest of my phones were bought by random people selling cheep phones. IVE NEVER HAD A PHONE WITH 3 CAMERAS AND IM NEVER GOING BACK! I look a million times better with this camera and I've never felt better in my body! I feel so confident and I'm so glad!

Phone wouldn't hold a charge
Phone came in & wouldn't hold a charge...The phone would charge a lil bit & then stop charging...Call customer support & they wanted me to pay 7.99 to ship phone back to them for having a defective phone...I'm beyond mad

The phone had minor, almost invisible scratch on the screen, but now, over a year, works perfect.

Extremely clean refurbished phone
I bought my Note 9 refurbished from Amazon 5 years ago and just picked up the Note 10 refurbished phone and so far it looks and performs like new. I'm way behind on the latest phones but that's okay.

Needs a little q.c.
S pen tip broken :(. Battery charges fast but doesnt last. Says in description that the phone is supposed come with a few things. Just got it in a box with a charger. Seems to work quite well otherwise.
