Excellent. I use to make Philadelphia style ice cream, no nothing to do with the cream cheese! Each 1.5l batch needs 50g so buying this works out much cheaper than the Dr Oetker version in the supermarket

Ideal - nothing not to like and exactly as described. Very thick and viscous which is ideal if you need that consistency, but if not then use glucose powder but be aware of the solids content being higher in powder.
