I can say without a doubt these vitamins have prevented me from coming down with something at least 4 times in the last year. One time I got sick but that was from a 2 week period I stopped taking vitamins. But the times I felt I was truly coming down with something, scratchy throat, post nasal drip, tiredness, achiness.. I took this supplement and I was better the next day. Wegmans used to carry it, idk I havent seen it there recently so I bought off Amazon and it came just in time I was coming down with something. I take only 1 most days, not even every day, and then 2 a day when I feel Im coming down with a cold or just when I feel I could have been exposed.
