ARTISTRO 30 Acrylic Paint Marker Pens with Carton Box

The Artistro 30 fine tip paint markers come in a very nice box with a metal clasp.The box is lovely and makes a good place to store them on my desk. Upon opening the box, the markers are labeled on the caps with a number which corresponds with a color chart on the back of the box, which I find makes it easy to find the exact color I’m looking for. I also really like that it comes with an instruction card and two replacement nibs. The paint markers come in a nice variety of colors including pastels, neons, skin colors, and metallics. I really like the variety of colors in this set. The one critique I have about the colors would be that 41 and 55 (beige and coral pink) look like they may be mislabeled as 55 looks more beige and 41 looks more coral. Also the pastel purple doesn’t really look pastel to me, and the fuchsia is really a dark pink. Other than that, the colors are beautiful and looked great when I made a swatch of all the colors. The pens were really quick to prime. I worked on a few different projects to test them out, wood slice ornaments, rocks, and a canvas painting. I did have a couple problems which may be due to being new to paint pens. Since they are fine point they are great for details, not so much for coloring in large areas. I noticed after using them for the second or third time that while some of the pens remained opaque, others became watery and needed to be shaken quite vigorously to get paint to go on better. I do have a set of 15 medium tip Posca pens I bought shortly before these. In comparing the two, Posca does have better coverage and opacity, especially over black. However, the Artistro is a great choice considering the variety of colors and how many markers you get for the price compared to Posca. The Artistro 30 set was about $38 vs. $30 for the 15 set of Posca. I had a lot of fun drawing with them and experimenting on different surfaces. I think this set, combined with the cute box, and the variety of beautiful colors, would make a great gift for any level artist and I would certainly recommend them!

When I received the package, the envelope it was mailed in was damaged, so I was a little worried. Fortunately other than a little dent in the box, there was no damage to the product. These markers were easy to prime, and work beautifully. Did not have any markers that wouldn't work. My 11 year old had fun using them on paper to make pretty words, and I tested them on a scrap block of wood to see how they would do for making wooden ornaments. I have zero complaints. They went down smoothly, I was able to let the first layer dry and add a second layer to make the color brighter. The only complaints I have are the choices of color names - some of them are really off to me - such as the coral pink, and I was left wanting an actual brown color - a true brown that was darker. But I can make due with what's in the set, since you get so many other colors, including neon (my kids love to use) and metallics - which will add great detail on Christmas ornaments.

I really liked these pens on my first impression of them. They have a very nice color selection in the box and the box itself is rather good quality and is easy for storage. The pens were very easy(and quick) to activate and the color flows from them very smoothly. I like these more than Posca pens for both the price and ease of use for a beginner. I wish there were more shades of greens and blues rather than so many shades of white. Overall the product is great to use easy for anyone and I'd definitely get it as a gift for artists both old and young. Some colors will need more than one application but that's to be expected!

This a nice paint pen set. I like the ease of use. I shook each one a few times and then pressed the tip down 3x then replaced cap & waited til the paint started to flow. There’s a nice color selection although I am missing silver from my box. I was given duplicates of a pastel blue instead of silver. The brown is more of a tan color & there’s no gray. I think they put off a nice color and the tips are about medium I’d say. Not super fine but not thick, right in the middle. They do give you 2 extra tips in case yours get worn out which is nice. I’d like to see where you can buy single pens in case they go bad. Like for popular colors like black, white, etc it would be nice to be able to just replace those instead of buying a whole set again. The case it comes in is nice but was damaged due to being shipped in a bubble mailer instead of another box.

I would give these pens a 4.5/5 and I would definitely recommend them to my friends. The overall quality is great. This would make a lovely gift! The package is very cute and useful for storing the pens. And the variety of colors is very nice. The set came with 2 extra tips for replacing any in case of damage. If this was a gift, the box (that the pens are in) needs a little support in transit since two of the corners got a little dented. These pens would be perfect for countless crafts/projects/fun activities, but the flow is a bit inconsistent, depending on the color you're using and how thick you want your dots or lines. They also bleed a little on paper and wood. Otherwise, the pens are pretty awesome. I love that there was practically no scent to bother me. Dries really fast too, depending on what material your'e using them on. Nice pens!

First of all, the packaging is adorable! I've never had a set of paint pens that come in such a sturdy container. The clasp and handle seem like they will hold up over time as well. I like these pens over the other brands I've purchased recently as these require less shaking and time depressing the tip for each use compared to the others. Extra tips are included. I think it's a good mix of colours; I've uploaded a photo of each number of the pen written in its colour. The colours don't have names, each pen just has a number on it. I couldn't find white paper, so some of the white and yellow shades are a bit hard to see. These pens have a really good pigmentation - if it doesn't seem like it, shake and depress again. It's just the way paint pens are. Very happy that the tip truly is a fine point! I've been let down a lot by claims of fine points that really more of a medium. Overall, very happy with this set of paint pens, and I'll be letting my other artist friends know about this set as well.

I was very impressed overall by the quality of the acrylic pens. As a pandemic painter, I have gained a lot of hands on experience with acrylic paints in the past few months, but less so with pens themselves. My only previous experience was buying Liquitex acrylic pens from an art store which I was disappointed with due to dryness. I took a chance with these pens and am glad to have them in my artistic endeavors. These pens really help add extra fine detail to my paintings and for wooden/non-canvas surfaces. The markers were very bright and pigmented and probably have decent lightfastness. None of the markers were dry which I was super happy about. Definitely recommend to any painter to have on hand.

I got these to add more colors to my collections of Posca Pens really liking the softer colors. I was really looking forward towards the 40's to 50's. Unfortunately, number 43 (it's called ivory but looks closer to beige on the box than 41) has zero paint in it (just a clear liquid). I've also tested them on both paper, canvas, and on top of acrylic paint and they work well on those surfaces. The primary and secondary colors along with the neons are a bit more sheer, but can be layered to be more solid. The colors 34 and up are a lot more opaque along with black and white. Because I got these to almost layer or fill in for colors I didn't have and the tips on them is really nice I'm overall pretty ok with these markers. However, because one of the colors I was wanting when I bought this doesn't work and a lot of the markers have to be layered I don't know if I'd buy them again.

The pigment content of these marker pens must be very high because the paint is so rich in colour when I applied paint to my resin sculpture. I like the fact that controlling the amount paint flow onto the object whether thin lines or thick is so easy. A bonus was the good quality presentation case they came in which will last for years. My teenage granddaughters are green with envy so it looks as though I will be buying them each a set for their birthdays.

Pennarelli veramente ottimi e ben fatti. Lasciano una posa perfetta e uniforma sulla carta o su altri materiali. Li abbiamo usati sulla plastica, vetro, jeans, cartone, legno. Ogni volta abbiamo ottenuto sempre dei colori vivaci e brillanti. La marca anche se sconosciuta replica perfettamnte il prodotto più blasonato in commercio ma dal costo esorbitante. In poche parole è inutile comprare pennarelli UNIPOS..A, costano parecchio e su Amazon si trova lo stesso prodotto, di marca diveresa, a prezzi decisamente molto più abbordabili e dalla resa fantastica.

Never worked, markers dried out on arrival

J'ai fait mes recherches et je savais a quoi m'attendre. C'est une bonne alternative aux posca mais attention il ne faut pas oublier que les pointes sont fines ou extra fines. Super pour des détails mais pour remplir une grosse zone faut être un peu plus patient. Bonne opacité, jolie couleur. Pensez a tester vos couleurs avant car elles on tendance à devenir légèrement plus foncées au séchage
