I tried to return and was told it is not eligible for return, even though the product says it's eligble for return. This is the first time I have not been able to return an item.

You have got to be kidding This item is only a bit taller that a chapstick and about the same width
This cost nearly $7.00 and you couldn't tell from the seller' s picture that it was a tiny box! I have no intention of paying for this. It says no returns but I assure you that I will not be ripped off like this.
