Blood Builder Iron Supplement, Energy Support, 72 Mini Tablets

Started on these mini tabs last week and already got a little more pep in my step, mini tabs easy to swallow, so far, no gastric issue or after taste. I think if you're looking for an iron supplement that does a little more this is the one.

These work so well if your like me someone that suffers from low iron and heavy menstruals these iron pills will definitely raise your levels and they do not cause constipation at least I don't experience that while taking these

After being diagnosed with low iron, I started taking this supplement consistently, and it has made a real difference. My blood work showed that my iron and hemoglobin levels went up, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I also noticed I had more energy as my levels improved. One thing I really appreciate is that it’s much gentler on my stomach than other iron supplements I’ve tried. The added vitamin C, folate, and B12 are a nice bonus for supporting healthy red blood cell production. This has become a daily staple for me, and I definitely plan to keep buying it.

I have taken it for a few days and had no upset stomach like I normally do on iron supplements. I haven't noticed any constipation either so far. This is the only iron supplement I have had so far that has not upset my stomach. You can take it without food just fine. I have not had a blood test to confirm if my iron levels have increased yet but will update if the iron levels have not increased in a month or so. I skip my periods to avoid losing too much iron so I'm only taking it every now and then (maybe 1-2 per week) to avoid getting too much iron. Only major downside is the nasty aftertaste after I swallow them. I would chug these pills fast and drown it with water after. Overall, it seems to be delivering on the no side effects though.

I am recovering from iron deficient anemia and this product is a game changer! First of all you can take it on an empty stomach without feeling nauseous. The claim on its label is absolutely true! Second of all it contains vitamin C so you don't need to add any vitamin C to help it absorb better. It also contains folate and vitamin b12! Since I am primarily a vegan, this is important to my overall health! I couldn't recommend it more highly

Great supplement for those needing to boost iron level and more. Pills are small, easy to swallow very minimal smell, you can barely smell it and doesn’t upset your stomach. I’ve repurchased 3 times already.

This product was recommended to my by my dermatologist for adding more iron to my diet without the constipation and stomach upset of other products. It is easy on the stomach and absorbs like food into the system. I use this to help with weak fingernails. As long as I'm consistent, it works well. Probably the only iron supplement I will use from now on.
