These worked!!
We replaced the gears vs the whole motor. Saved money, but must have some experience with popping off door panels and taking the motor apart. The motor was just a few screws, replace gears, put all back together.

The gears work great once you figure out how to install them No instructions so you are stuck trying to find something similar on You-Tube

bad quality
The center hold is not a circle. Looks like someone tries to clean up the whole use knight and made the circle, not a circle. not sure if the circle is on the center of the gear. might consider returning it and buy it from another vendor.

Perfect!
If you hear the motor trying to push the window shade but it's making clicking noise - it's possible that one of the gears next to the motor has broken teeth. These were a perfect fit and now we have a working window shade again.
