Love it
I’ve been taking MegaFood Vitamin D3 5000 IU with K2 daily, and I really notice the benefits. The combination of D3 and K2 is excellent for supporting strong bones, teeth, and overall immune health. Good Vit D Supplement
My favorite Vitamine D+K supplement. Love that it has D plus K. It’s a small pill so it is easy to swallow. It is a good dose amount according to my doctor. No bad taste or smell. I haven’t noticed any help with har growth but I have noticed it helps improve my mood as someone who lives in the ever cloudy PNW.

Must Buy! Quality Whole Food Vitamin D3
The MegaFood brand vitamins are my go to for my whole food vitamins. I have found that these are high quality, gentle on your stomach and absorb well. I can take my vitamins first thing in the morning with or without food and not worry about an upset stomach because I am taking a whole food, vegan supplement that my body is craving and wants so there is no need to reject it. As someone who used to have to take baby vitamins...this was so exciting for me to be able to find something like this.
