It is not, no. It’s just a Wooly hat to keep the bonce warm on a chilly day 👍🏻

Can this hat be worn on the head?

Unfortunately, I haven't tried that. I use mine for soup.

I am female and have quite a small head. Does this hat fit close or has got quite a bit of "play" in it?

Hmmm, I would say six of one, half dozen of the other. They're not really tight but snug. I'd imagine they fit small female head even better because you'd get more of the slouch effect

Does it make your hair go static? (it being acrylic)

I bought this for my partner and he hasn't had any issues with it making his hair go static.
