I had two full panel blood tests a few months apart. My vitamin D level has increased exponentially since I started taking this supplement. My levels were super low and I barely get sunlight, so I took 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill at night before bed. Huge improvement that I wish I had implemented sooner. Best vitamin D I’ve tried so far
My doctor recommended that I take this specific brand and I have had no issues with it. Some previous vitamins have upset my stomach but these haven’t caused me any issues. The effects show in my bloodwork. Proof is in the pill! Solid vitamins.

Good Vit D Supplement
My favorite Vitamine D+K supplement. Love that it has D plus K. It’s a small pill so it is easy to swallow. It is a good dose amount according to my doctor. No bad taste or smell. I haven’t noticed any help with har growth but I have noticed it helps improve my mood as someone who lives in the ever cloudy PNW.
