A great source of essential D3 K2!
I have been taking this supplement for quite a while now and find this to be an excellent source for the vital nutrients of D3 and K2. The capsules are easy to swallow and digest easily. The ingredients are of the highest quality. I highly recommend this brand and dosage!

I had two full panel blood tests a few months apart. My vitamin D level has increased exponentially since I started taking this supplement. My levels were super low and I barely get sunlight, so I took 1 pill in the morning and 1 pill at night before bed. Huge improvement that I wish I had implemented sooner. It also helps with my hormonal health and I get great sleep when I accompany the night pill with magnesium. Excellent brand and great results!

Must Buy! Quality Whole Food Vitamin D3
The MegaFood brand vitamins are my go to for my whole food vitamins. I have found that these are high quality, gentle on your stomach and absorb well. I can take my vitamins first thing in the morning with or without food and not worry about an upset stomach because I am taking a whole food, vegan supplement that my body is craving and wants so there is no need to reject it. As someone who used to have to take baby vitamins...this was so exciting for me to be able to find something like this. Good Vit D Supplement
My favorite Vitamine D+K supplement. Love that it has D plus K. It’s a small pill so it is easy to swallow. It is a good dose amount according to my doctor. No bad taste or smell. I haven’t noticed any help with har growth but I have noticed it helps improve my mood as someone who lives in the ever cloudy PNW.
