I've lost track of how long I've used this vitamin E, at least a year or more. I use it orally and topically. To fade skin blemishes and support inflammation reduction. As a bonus the glass bottles they come in are great for storing other supplement powders and homemade encapsulated blends. Sometimes I don't feel like swallowing the capsule, the oil doesn't have an off flavor, so I will open it and just take the oil without the capsule.

Love this very hard to get a huge dose thru other companies and. Has no after taste pricey but worth the price bottle goes a long way.

The picture is comparing the size of same brand / Solgar Vitamin E 268 mg (400 IU) vs Solgar Vitamin E 670 mg (1000 IU). The 268 mg is approximately 7/8 ths of an inch long whereas the 670 mg is an inch. You can also see the width is bigger on the 670 mg softgel.
