I'm extremely dissatisfied with the after-sales service of this geyser. It stopped working within a month of purchase, and despite lodging a complaint, I had to follow up repeatedly for over two weeks before receiving a call from customer service. They informed me that they don't have a service centre in Jaipur and offered to send a thermostat, expecting me to hire a local technician to replace it. However, I explained that the issue wasn't just the thermostat, but also a water leakage problem. Instead of arranging a proper inspection or replacement, I was asked to courier the entire geyser to their Delhi address at my own expense. This level of after-sales support is unacceptable, especially for a product that failed within a month. I would not recommend this product based on my experience. Before purchasing, please consider the lack of service support in your city.
