Excellent Quality and Value
Vitamins are strong and may cause a little nausea if not taken with food. Smell and taste aren’t the greatest, but what healthy tastes great?

Are you serious about vitamins or not? If so, this is the one.
Super effective. I got gastric sleeve surgery, and these are a life saver. Tastes like rebar dipped in coyote urine, and will smell up the house if you leave them open, but you can't get a more effective vitamin, so it's worth getting past it.

Stopped hair fall out
I like that it’s once a day and as soon as I started taking it my hair stopped shedding after surgery. I dislike the taste and smell it’s like perfumey. I had stopped taking my chewable as they tasted chalky and hair started falling out 2 months post op. Within a couple weeks after taking this vitamin the hair fallout stopped. You HAVE to take it with food if not it will give you the worst nausea ever. I’ll see how my labs are in a few months and report back.
