I love this product, it gives me a really good boost for my workouts. Also is great for recovery. I had really good improvement on workout and muscle growth after starting taking this. Is really worth it.

Great way to take creatine. Orange flavour good, normally mix it with pre-workout.

Mixes well and easy way of creatine loading. Goes down really easily. I have seen a little bit of weight gain (good weight) with this, but it has plateaued now, so it is effective and fit for purpose. I basically drink one shaker/scoop of this every day now on a morning, then drink a protein shake on a night. I had the cherry last month, I have the orange this month, and I'll try another next month and so on. Both taste really good and contain a decent amount of BCAA amino acids (although ive no idea what they do, I bought it as plain creatine is like drinking chalk). The orange has stained my shaker, but the cherry didnt at all so make of that what you will. With 1 shaker and maybe a scoop/scoop and a half a day, a tub lasts a month, so to me thats good value. Like I said im buying another flavour next month so im clearly happy with it.

USN is a very well trusted brand. I’ve used it on and off with different things. Creatine is creatine really and there are equally good products draw probably less money didn’t notice much difference between this and less expensive brands.

The seal has what look like a syringe size hole in the top and there is no refund on this product. Do not buy.

The best product ever, it works at the same day you start to use it, the improvement in my workout is unbelievable, I tried another brands but this works perfect, I highly recommend, I could give 10 stars
