North American customers beware: this unit only has European maps loaded
I ordered this Garmin expecting it to provide cycling maps where I live, only to find that it has maps of Europe, not North America. Garmin customer support told me that this model was intended for use in Europe and I would have to pay an extra yearly fee to download maps of North America so I could use it here. I am returning it.
