Good, cheap, and easy replacement
My horn stopped working and I didn't want to go through the hassle of removing my steering wheel to fix the buttons. So I just bought this harness and button and a set of hella horns all together was about $30. The instructions were no help at all, so if you know how to wire things this should be simple. Took me two tries to get it right and about 30 minutes to fully get it installed and working. I'll update the review after a few months of using it but so far so good.

Good Cheap Solution - But Faulty Relay Kept Draining Battery
Installed it, horns worked right off. Wired it just as directions prescribed, however the next morning my battery was dead. Tried wiring it multiple ways to figure out what was wrong, but still drained battery. Tested the relay with a multimeter, and ironically seemed to test fine, but battery still drained despite this and I was having a hard time tracking down any parasitic draw. Went to auto parts store and bought a $9 Dorman 12V 4-pin relay, battery drain problem ceased entirely. Working fine after another week of use, so overall can't complain.
