Huma Plus - Chia Energy Gel, Variety, 12 Gels

I’ve logged over 2,700 km this year and Huma Gels have been my go-to fuel the whole way. I love that the ingredients are all natural — real fruit, chia, and no weird chemical taste. The texture is smooth, easy to take mid-run, and never upsets my stomach (which I can’t say for a lot of other gels I’ve tried). Every flavor is good, but the lemonade and strawberry are my top picks — refreshing and not overly sweet. I also really appreciate the steady energy release — no spikes or crashes, just consistent fuel that keeps me moving strong on big climbs. Whether you’re training for a marathon, trail race, or just want clean energy that works, Huma Plus gels are worth every penny. Once you try them, it’s hard to go back to anything else.

Huma is just the best energy gel ever! 10/10 period!! Great ingredients, easy in stomach, great taste, lots of energy, and caffeine if you want (just pick the ones with or without it). Now Huma Plus is that (the best!) with double electrolytes, which I recommend if your going to sweat a lot! To me, essential in hot weather.

These are great exercise gels! They are actually delicious, fuel your exercise, keep your electrolytes up, and don't upset your stomach. Are they more expensive than other brands? Yes, but they are absolutely worth it, especially if other gels upset your stomach.

Taste good and easy to eat

Love the Huma Plus gels! They taste good (3 of the 4 flavors) and the natural ingredients are easier on the stomach; more so than the gels that use to much chemical additives. Two reason for (4) stars: first, of the 4-different flavors and I do not care much for the chocolate raspberry; it would be practical to be able to replace the chocolate with a different flavor. I would gladly take anyone of the other berry flavors. Second, the cost is a lot pricier than most gels but you pay for what you buy. That said, considering the cost, let me choose my flavors and that would make it a 5-star product. ;)

My favorite for marathon training! Easy on the stomach, and they come in great flavors!

I'm a regular runner and use a lot of gels and chews for long runs. Trying to stick to products with natural ingredients cuts down the options quite a bit. The vast majority of energy gels out there are just lab produced sugars and who knows what. I'm not a chemist and don't want to have to be to understand what I'm putting in my body. Huma gels completely solve that problem for me. They're all natural, taste good, go down easy, and never bother my stomach. They are by far my favorite energy gels. I use the PLUS gels during my long runs and marathons to help give a little extra electrolytes, so I can avoid Nuun or other sports drinks during the run. Normally, I use the standard Huma gels on most runs. If you've ever been on a long run and choked down a Gu gel, you know how thick and pasty some of the other gels can be. They almost make you gag trying to get it down. Huma gels are never that way for me. Even when it's really hot and I am tired, they're quick to consume. They're almost the consistency of apple sauce. So, not runny, but not a thick gel either. Easy to use on the run without getting sticky goo all over your hands. Highly recommend the Huma products for any runner to at least try.

Totalmente un fiasco. La caja llegó con el cartón húmedo y aguado y desde ahí lo sospeché. Cuando abro para ver el contenido los geles estaban chorreados en toda la tapa del empaque. Exijo la devolución de mi dinero. Una basura.
